In January 2001 our herd was started with the highest quality female alpacas imported from South America. Since this time breeding with carefully chosen males and selected additional animal purchases have seen the herd grow to the current 24 animals. We made our first animal sales in 2002 and now have a number of happy customers with beautiful alpacas from our farm including two Suri Stud males.

All our young cria are harness-trained and most have been to livestock shows around the country. We are proud of our excellent show results which include many first in class placings and a ‘best black at show’ award. In addition to these local show awards we have had first in class placings at the 2002, 2003 and 2004 BAS national shows and were delighted with two reserve champions in 2004.

Just Alpacas is a supporter of the British Alpaca Society and all our alpacas are registered with the society, ear tagged and microchiped. Owner Judy Hilton has been on the board of the BAS and we take animal welfare very seriously.
